• We ship the DVDs just like NetFlix. We remove them from the case and ship them in protective sleeves. This reduces shipping costs and protects the DVDs better. DVDs are always scratched during shipping in the regular cases.
• Shipping times vary with the size of your order and where you are located. We strive to have your order in your hands in 5-7 days. Usually faster.

• We have a 100% secure credit card processing system.   It is 128 bit encrypted.   It is 100% hacker proof.   Our system is unique in design in that we actually never possess your credit card number.   It is securely transmitted to your bank for approval through the secure gateway and then encrypted so we only see the last 4 digits of your credit card.   It would be impossible for any employee of ours to gain access to your credit card number because we never actually get the number.   This is for your safety and your piece of mind.   We wanted a system that address the problems of credit card fraud and identity theft and our system is safer than using your credit card number in a store.
