After You Order

1. You receive an email to confirm your order.

2. Within 24 Hours you will receive a confirmation email that your order has shipped that includes the tracking number   

About Tracking Numbers:   All orders have tracking.   We create the shipping labels here at our office with software provided by the USPS.   The number is not valid until its received by the USPS.   We ship by the United States Postal Service.  Their tracking numbers are not as sophisticated as UPS and they do not update as often.   Rest assured if you receive the email that your order has shipped, then it has shipped.

3. When your package arrives it will either be in a plain box or a plain padded envelope.   Nothing on the package indicates what is inside.

4. Open your package and enjoy your DVDs.   If you have any problem with a product just send us an email by using the CONTACT US button.   We answer emails very quickly.
