The US Mail and UPS have changed and its something we all have to accept.
The US Mail and UPS are dealing with enormous labor shortages.
Expect delays with USPS and UPS
Expect the USPS to mark items delivered in advance
Items may arrive 3-4 days after they are marked delivered, this is normal
All questions and concerns about delivery need to be made directly to the carrier
We have no access to UPS or USPS, we have no additional information beyond the tracking
If you are upset with the USPS we encourage you to take your tracking to your local post office
If you have an Issue with UPS please call 1-800-742-5877
If your package is not delivered after 30 days we will provide a 100% refund
If you seek a refund for shipping charges you must contact the carrier
We pay the shipping charges to them. We do not keep the shipping charges
Please double check your shipping address, before you finalize your order.
Once you place an order it the address cannot be changed
If an order is shipped to the a wrong address you provided, you are responsible for all shipping charges.
Abuse of our staff because of carrier delays or problems will result in the termination of your account
