Return policy for DVDs and Adult stuff is tough.
We don't really have a return policy.
We have a common sense policy.
I think what customers want to know is "if I have a problem with my order will you help me?"
The answer is yes. Of course. Always.
Our customers are so reasonable. They don't abuse the policies. If they have a DVD that doesn't work or that is scratched, its not a big issue. We refund you or we replace it.
As the owner I guarantee that if you have a problem with an order we will make sure you are satisfied.
If you are going to order 20 DVDs, watch them for a month and try to return them, then that isn't going to work.
Its never been a problem in 20 years.
