What is a Credit

All refunds on the site are issued as a site credit. That's our policy. If you wish to close your account permanently we will issue your credit to your last form of payment and close the account.

Credit card processors do not like refunds. We can't sell items for $2.99 and process refunds back to cards. It causes our rates to go up and it will eventually cause our account to be terminated.

Adult companies are held to different standards and they are much more strict. We can't process hundreds of credits back to cards for items that need a credit. It's just a reality of the Adult DVD business and this is our policy. Each customer cannot have their own policy any longer.

Credits never expire.

How to Use a Credit

Every account requires you to log in. Amazon, EBAY, OnlyFans.

We use a system that does not require you to remember a password. The system emails you a code. You enter the code. That's how it works. The code is not your order number.

Once you log in, go to the payment page and scroll down to PAYMENTS. The first option under PAYMENTS is APPLY STORE CREDIT. Just click the box.

I Don't See My Credit

The most likely cause is that you used a different email. A different email is a different account. Try your other email.

Make sure you are logged in. Make sure you are looking on the payment page.

Credits on orders will appear right away. Credits for delayed orders may take up to 30 days from the time you submitted the request.
