The order volume is massive. Cancelling an order is a huge process. It disrupts everything.

Its just not something we can do.

If you are not sure, just wait.

Changes to orders take time away from inventory.

Time away from posting new DVDs and packing orders.

I realize it feels like something we should do. We just don't have the people for it.

We are a small company and I can't bring in new people around adult material.

Its just not a risk I want to take.

I realize that getting something you already ordered is frustrating, but please just try to realize it was a mistake and move on from it.

We get over 50 requests a week to change the address. We can't do it any longer

We really need your help. Please double and triple check your address.

Some studios and distributors are remaking or reissuing older DVDs. Covers, packaging, discs, and manufacturing methods may differ from the original release.

Unless we specifically sell an item as a COLLECTIBLE, you should not assume it is a vintage example, original pressing, or has any particular collectible or resale value.

An assumption that an item was vintage, collectible, or worth more than the purchase price is not a valid reason for a return or refund. We are also not responsible for a customer's presumed resale value when determining refunds, replacements, loss, or damage claims. You are welcome to buy our inventory to resell, but that is at your own risk. We are not a wholesaler.

DVD-R does not mean fake, reprinted, or inauthentic. Some studios and distributors manufacture legitimate original products using DVD-R media. These are considered original factory examples.

REPRINTS on blank-face DVD-R media are different. These are sold in sleeves and specifically identified as REPRINTS.

If we sell an item as a Collectible, it will be identified as a Collectible. If it is sold as a Reprint, it will be identified as a Reprint. Otherwise, it should be considered a regular retail DVD intended for viewing.
