Our Shipping Process Time is 1 Business Day

This is our shipping schedule.

  • Order by Monday before 3pm and your Order will Ship Tuesday.
  • Order on Mon after 3pm and your Order Ships on Weds.
  • Order on Tuesday before 3pm and your Order will Ship Weds.
  • Order on Tuesday after 3pm and your Order will Ship Thursday
  • Order on Weds before 3pm and your Order will Ship Thursday
  • Order on Weds after 3pm and your Order will ship Friday
  • Order on Thursday before 3pm and your Order will Ship Friday
  • Order on Thursday after 3pm and your Order will Ship Monday
  • Order on Friday before 3pm and your Order will Ship Monday
  • Order on Friday after 3pm, Saturday or Sunday and your Order will Ship Tuesday.

Shipping Services

We are located in Pennsylvania.

We use USPS to ship orders.   Their new ground advantage option is the best value for speed vs time.   Free shipping is going to be Media Mail.   Its the only way we can offer free shipping.  I saw an order today.  Media Mail was $4.34, Ground Advantage was $9.07 and Priority was $12.   That's a big difference.   That was PA to CA.   

Discreet Packages

We have been shipping the same way for 25 years.  You can rest easy.  Nobody will know what is inside your package.  Its a plain box or padded mail.  The USPS forces us to put QuickDVDdelivery on the labels, but we cross it out with a black marker.  Your postal carrier will not know what is getting delivered.  We have never had a problem.

Tracking/Emails/Notices

You will receive emails every step of the process.  We also email you personally when the order ships on top of the automated emails.  Just to let you know your package actually went to the post office today and any information you might need about your order.  

Your tracking number is sent.  If we email and say it went to the post office, then its there.   Your tracking could take 24-48 hours to start showing progress but that doesn't mean its not moving.   

The personal email is the guarantee that it shipped.  We have not time or interest in telling you that it shipped if it didn't.  If it hasn't shipped, we will just tell you.
