About Using the Search Bar

When you use the search bar you are searching the "Titles" of the Items.   You are not searching a general description of items.  You can't search "Show me all the DVDs that are 3.99 to 5.99 in the Lesbian section.  You cannot talk to the search bar.  It searches titles.  It does provide some results for category or star, but never as much as the menus we have created.  If you use the search bar you are really wasting your time.  Its the worst way to search a site.  Percentage of people that use the search bar to navigate the site is about 99%.

The frustration most customers experience is that they expect the search bar to be AI and it is not.   My preference would be to remove the search bar, because very few people use it in a way that its able to be used.
