  1. We send you a mailer with a prepaid label.
  2. Contact us and tell us how many DVDs you have to send to us.
  3. Remove the cases.   We only want the Sleeves and the DVDs.   DVDs must be in close to new condition.  They must be factory direct DVDs.   We cannot take back reprinted DVDs.    
  4. Wrap your DVDs in saran wrap and put a rubber band around them.  Wrap them in some bubble wrap or something that protects them a little.
  5. put the package in the mail.
  6. We will email you an offer in store credit for the DVDs.
  7. You may accept the offer or not.  If you accept the offer, we will credit your account instantly and you can use the credit the same day. 
  8. If you do not accept the offer, the items will be returned to you in your next order or you can pay to have them shipped back.   (Returned with your next order costs you nothing.)
