A DVD I have isn't working, its "Best of Jenna Jameson"  The specific problem with the DVD is this.....................)    

Please keep the message as short as possible.  DO NOT include information about any other order or situation.  It completely complicates the matter.   Just state the problem in the simplest manner possible.   

Customer service has become impossible.  I have hired 4 people in the last 6 months none of them lasted a week.  They all said "Nobody should have to deal with this."   This is 2025.   This is how things work now.   If you have been a customer for 20 years and you have always gotten personal service, I'm sorry its over.
