Any abusive emails will result in a termination of your account.  You won't get a reply.  The email will be deleted and the account closed.  

Customer service cannot cancel an order.   Any emails about cancelling an order won't be read because there is nothing that can be done.   

We do no accept returns.   The percentage of defectives we have is about 1 in 50,000.   The excuse of "Non of my DVDs work" and then we get them all back and they work, no longer applies.   

All email is AI based now.   The owner no longer answers emails.
