Credits

All credits are issued as store credit.  There are no exceptions.  We sell small items and we are an adult company.  Some orders have 100s of items.  We are naturally going to have items missing and you can't issue that many credits to Visa/MC.   That is why we issue site credits.  That is our company policy.   There are no exceptions.

How to use the site Credit?

1. You log into the website.   The most common issue with credits is customers won't log into the site.  The site needs you to log in so it knows who you are.   On Desktop Click the "LOG IN" at the top of the page.  On your phone click the little person in the top left."   Enter your email.  It will send a code to your email.  Enter the code.   This prevents losing passwords or the "My password doesn't work."   
2. Add items to your cart.   When you get to the payment page

You will see PAYPAL at the top.

Then your address

Then PAYMENT

Under PAYMENT you will see "Apply Store Credit"   Check the box.

That is it.
