5pm is the end of the Day. If you order at 5:01 pm Monday that is Tuesday.

It is not possible to check on how an order is progressing. If everyone did that then we would have to add 4 more days to the schedule. We simply will not respond to that request.
In most cases we ship faster, but we want to under promise.
We estimate 4 business days to ship. This is not because we aren't working hard. Its because our order volume is massive. Some orders take more time than others and we can't predict every situation.
We will not pre-print shipping labels any longer to satisfy anxious customers. This leads to mistakes and it causes delays.
If the order does not have a tracking number then it hasn't left the building. If it hasn't left the building its not finished.
We aren't going to give you a half baked cake. Don't ask for a half finished order.
We are working as quickly as we can.
We want to be the only company that is upfront and honest about the challenges of shipping huge orders of small dollar items, picked from an inventory of 100,000 items.
The days of pressure from new customers to ship fast at the expense of all customers has ended.
Your anxiety does not disrupt our company. My advice is to focus on something else and wait for your order.
Rapid fire emails and harassment will not influence the speed of your order processing.

Friday is the busiest Day of the week and its the day that creates the longer perceived wait time.
It seems longer because most people order after 5pm on Friday and ordering after 5pm on Friday is the same as ordering Monday at 8 am.
We receive an enormous amount of emails on Monday morning that say "Where is my order? I ordered 4 days ago."
They always count Friday at 11:56pm as a full day of waiting and then add another extra day.
Ordering Friday is fine. Just please don't let that create a situation that could get your order cancelled and your account terminated.
Please be honest and patient. Its a few days. Its not the end of the world.
If that wait is too painful, order Monday through Thursday and end the suffering that ordering at 11:56pm causes us all.
