Defective Items

  1. Reprinted DVDs - if you get a defective reprinted DVD Click Here and tell us the title and the problem.   On your next order, on the cart page, there is a section for "NOTES at the bottom.   Tell us the title that was defective and we will test it before we replace it.   
  2. Any other item:   Any other item must be mailed back.  There are NO EXCEPTIONS.   We have decided that mail order is a shared responsibility between us and the customer.   Just like driving to a store is a shared responsibility.   If you have a problem with an item at Walmart, you have to drive back to the store.   Its the same thing.   Its part of buying on line.   We sell low dollar items with very small profit margins.  We are not selling laptops.   It takes the same customer service to deal with the $3.99 DVD as it does with a $1500 laptop.   You can't run this business applying customer service to $3.99 DVDs the same way you apply it to $1500 items.
