Delivery Times

This is the time from when the Post Office Scans in your item until you receive it.

1. We have no control over the delivery time.
2. We don't make estimates about their delivery.  They have estimates on their website for the tracking.   If you have questions about them please contact them.
3. We cannot check on anything.  We have no access to the post office "To Check"   Customers ask us to "check" on the post office everyday, but we still don't have the ability to do that.
4. We can't control how your package travels.  If you are in NY and we shipped the package from PA and the package is in Florida, we can't do anything about that.   The post office makes mistakes and then they correct the mistake and they will get your package back to NY.    It doesn't get you a refund on the shipping.   This is part of ordering on line.    Pulling us away from shipping orders is not going to get you the package faster and its going to slow down shipping for everyone else.  
5. You get an email when your package is out for delivery and when it is delivered.  That is the time to check for your package.   Not in a week.  Sometimes the package does say delivered before its delivered.  This is the post office, not us.  If this happened, you have to contact the post office.  There isn't anything we can do.
