Guaranteed USPS Scan-In Date
This policy started on Monday 2/16 which is unfortunately a Holiday. The first possible day for a late scan is this Saturday 2/21. This new policy does not include older orders. Any claims on orders placed before 2pm on 2/16 will be declined.
Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM ET
Many orders ship within 2–3 business days. However, we provide a No Later Than Scan-In Date confirmed by USPS.
Guaranteed Scanned-In means you will see an official USPS scan on or before the date listed below.
If your guaranteed scan-in date is missed:
- $1.00 per DVD on your order
- OR free shipping (whichever is greater)
- Maximum credit: $20
- Severe weather and federal holidays: add 1 business day
- Credits may take up to 2 weeks to post
