When Will My Order Ship?

Most orders take approximately 4–5 business days to ship.

If you want your order to ship faster:

1. Place your order on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.
2. Order items that begin with an * (asterisk) whenever possible.
3. Large orders and orders containing many different DVDs will take longer to pick.

Every order is picked by hand from an inventory of more than 50,000 DVDs. Some orders contain well over 100 different items. Please be considerate of the labor-intensive process required to pick and pack every order.
