How long before my order ships?

If you order from the main site its 1-2 Days.   If it is longer than 3 business days Click Here and enter the information about the order.  Someone will check on it.  They will send you a message that says "Your problem has been addressed" that means that the order is being shipped.  There could have been a delay trying to find something.   We don't provide explanations.   We don't answer why there was a delay.  These things serve no purpose and only delay everyone's orders.

If you order from the Wholesale Section then orders ship in 7-10 days.  Sometimes less.  We do not reply to questions about when a Wholesale Order ships.   This section is for our wholesale customers.  Customers that spend $5 to $10,000 a month.  We are allowing customers to use it, but it doesn't come with hand holding.   Use it or don't use it, but if you disrupt the wholesale business, you will not be allowed to use it any longer.   

Common Issues:

1. Your site said 1-2 days, why are you telling me 7-10 days now?   

The main site says 1-2 days.  The Wholesale Section says 7-10 Days.  You had to click on Wholesale to add Wholesale Items and the cart does not allow you to mix wholesale and non wholesale items.   Also on the cart page it CLEARLY says This order will ship in approximately 7-10 business days.   Choosing to ignore the messages on the screen or pretending like they are not there, doesn't change the shipping times.   Arguing that you didn't see the messages or that they were not there will not get your order shipped faster.  It will get your account cancelled.

       2. Large Orders May Take More Time
