I want something removed from my order

After 30 years of doing this, we can no longer do it.

We cannot remove anything from your order for any reason.

We realize this may be upsetting.   If you are interested we will explain why.

When you sell 1000s of small dollar items, it creates a massive amount of customer service.

The customer service simply outweighs the profit of the business.  The daily requests for service outweigh the profit from the business.   

Its not the cost of the DVD, that part we don't care about.  Its the time.  

We can't bring in a stranger to handle the private information of our long time customers.

We made a privacy promise years ago.  Only the owner can handle sensitive customer information.   60% of the owner's time was taken up with customer service.

The business cannot operate that way.   This business isn't Amazon or Home Depot.

You can't just hire someone off the street.  In today's hyper sensitive climate, inviting a stranger into your Adult Business is asking for a lawsuit.

What we have done is lowered prices.   At the current prices, before sales you are saving $1.00 per item.   Then with sales you are saving even more.  At the time of this page being written (sale may be over or a new sale) we have an additional $1.00 off and 35% off Discontinued items.   You could be saving as must as $3.00 or more per item.   On an order of 10 or 20 DVDs, your savings could be $20 to $60.

I understand how you feel.  "I want the savings and I want credit for something I didn't want."   I get it, I really do.  But we can't do it any longer.   Some customers totally understand and see the benefit, some don't and they get upset and leave.   We understand that part too.   If you want help finding a new company to buy from, email us and we can suggest someone that won't scam you.
