Most Orders Are Tracking in Less Than 24 Hours After Purchase

Most orders placed before 4pm will ship the next day and be scanned into the post office.

What does that mean?   If you order on Weds at 3pm.   On Thursday you should see the tracking before 6pm.   That means you will see active USPS tracking.

There are exceptions.   This is not a guarantee.  This is what is happening.   There are natural disasters, accidents and real life that sometimes cause delays.   These things are rare but they do happen, and to have a customer say "You said 24 hours and that's a lie because I ordered yesterday and its not scanning" is just unfair.   No business can ship on a 1 day promise 100% of the time and to conclude that 1 order represents the entire shipping process is just unfair.   We won't get into debates, this isn't 2010.  Nobody cares about threats of online reviews.

Customers that order Friday night.  I have been told not to say this, but I'm saying it.

Customers that order Friday night are the WORST Customers.   Its so bad that we have considered closing the website Friday night.   These people are procrastinators in their own lives, they wait until the last minute and then their inability to plan is supposed to be my emergency and its not.   This is what happens:   A customer orders at 10pm Friday night and then on Monday they email and say "Its been 4 days WTF is my order."   When I say it happens all the time, it happens every Monday.   If you do this, you will be banned.   I'm not playing these games with people.   Its not fair to the rest of the customers that these first time customers create absolute chaos over a $26 order.   If you order Friday night, just wait.   If you do complain you will be directed back here.   We will not communicate with you.  I realize this sounds insane and believe me, it is insane.

We operated out of the same warehouse for 30 years and it wasn't set up to do what we needed to do.  It was terribly inefficient and it created delays and mistakes in picking.

Right now we probably have less than 2 DVDs out of stock per 500 when we pick.
