My Order Shows Delivered, but I didn't get it.

Once the order leaves our facility, we no longer have any control over the order.

If your order is lost by the post office in transit, we will refund you after 30 days.   We cannot control or contact the post office.  The tracking number is the tracking number.   That is all the information we have.  There are certain positives and negatives to buying online.  There are risks.

We cannot and will not attempt to explain why a package travels in a certain way.  Its completely unfair to ask us to explain this and its really just an attempt to draw us into a conflict and we will not engage.

We are not responsible for orders stolen from your home.   This idea that a company is responsible from something that was delivered to your home and then stolen is insane and wherever it started, it needs to stop.   We are saying no.  We aren't doing it.

If you live in a high crime area, you are responsible for getting a PO BOX or a box at a UPS store.  Once the order is delivered.   We cannot do anything about the order.

We have not had a lost package since Covid, so this is no longer an issue.   What is the issue is ONE TIME customers filing false claims.   They cost our regular customers money and we are protecting them.   We don't want ONE TIME customers.   If you are a ONE TIME customer go to another website.

Sometimes the Post Office does mark things delivered in advance.  The package may be delivered the next day.  We recommend if the order shows delivered and you have not received it, you stop in your local post office with the tracking number.   Emailing us has no value.  We don't have any information.  We can't answer any questions.

We are separating our service from the post office's service.   We are responsible for shipping your order and the post office is responsible for delivering it.   If there is not scan then you email us.  Once you see a scan, you email them.   I realize this is not what people want to hear, but its how we are operating our business now.
