My Package was Returned and I need to give shipping a new address.

You must give them the order number.

You must explain the exact situation and explain anything that was discussed previously.

Example.  I talked to someone last week.  Its on the way back to you.  When it gets there please use this address..........

YOU must follow the tracking and let us know the day it comes back.  Otherwise it goes into the huge bin of returns and it will delay your order from going back out.
