New Customers
We welcome new customers, but we do it with a degree of caution.
90% of our defective complaints are from first time customers. There is an explosion of first time customers that place their first order and when they receive it they claim none of the DVDs work.
Its not innocent. Its deliberate and I don't know if its discussed on message boards and we are being targeted, but we are putting a stop to it.
If you are a new customer and your order shows the ear marks of this behavior, we will cancel it.
If you are a new customer and you have a defective, you must mail the item back to us to receive any credit.
If you mail the item back to us and it does play, we will send you a video of us putting your DVD into a player and it playing. If that is the case, you will also have to pay to have the item shipped back.
We are certain by forcing first time customers to mail a DVD back for a refund that it will end this fraudulent behavior.
Regular customers can email us about any problem and we will work it out with you.
If you are a first time customer who is just looking to be a customer, you have nothing to be concerned about. This is for people that are committing fraud.
