New Customers

We welcome new customers, but we need to be clear that new customers are the biggest problem our company faces.

New customers account for less than 1% of sales and account for 70% of customer service.

We cancel about 25% of new customers and about 10% of new customers get their accounts banned before they are shipped.

Many new customers place an order and then they pummel customer service with demands and threats.   I think this behavior was encouraged on social media in the past as a method to get shipped faster and get free stuff.   If you do this, you will not ship and you will be banned.

We don't need new customers.  We don't care how much you spend.   If you are rude, you are banned.  

We have all the customers we need.   If you disrupt our business you will not be a customer.
