A DVD that is NOT a reprint. This is for all DVDs that are not reprints. A truly defective DVD can be mailed back to us for a store credit. Things that do not quality as defective.

- Loose DVD
- Scratches
- An older DVD with lower resolution
- A small video or audio glitch
- A damaged case
- I don't like the video
Things that do Qualify
- A DVD that will not play at all. Some DVDs require a long load up time. Please allow at least 2 minutes.

Reprinted DVDs
If you receive a defective reprinted DVD, we will replace it — but the defect must be a complete playback failure. Minor glitches, momentary freezes, or brief audio issues are not considered defects.
Some customers have requested the same title be replaced multiple times hoping a small glitch disappears on the next copy. We cannot support that process.
If you receive a genuinely defective reprinted DVD:

Add the same DVD to your next order.

Leave a note on the cart page saying:
“This DVD replaces a defective copy from my last order.”
We will issue a credit for that item, removing the cost from your order.
That’s all you need to do.
