Rewards Program

    1. It doesn't cost anything.   You don't have to use it.  
    2. You must log in to the site when you place an order
    3. The points don't show up until the order ships.
    4. You get 1 point for every $5 you spend.  
    5. 1 point equals one dollar.  This is very important.   most sites give 10 or even 100 points per dollar spent, then you need 50,000 points to get a $50 gift card.   They do this so you never really know what you are getting for points.   Im explaining it.

    This is the important part, because this is you getting back 20% back to spend.   We outline exactly what you are getting.  I have never seen a company do that before.    

    You can use your points on DVDs in Sleeves.    The margins on the new DVDs are slim to nothing and the cost of shipping is challenging.   Its what we can do to give you the most for your money.

    You can spend $100 and get 20 points and you can get 10 DVDs in Sleeves.   Here is the key, you can pick exactly what you want, when you want.  You can spend your points at any time.  If you spend $100.   They will be available after you order.   You can't use the points until after you order.

    This program is the best I could find from 5 that I looked at.     The cost to me is $4200 for the use of the software.  I know it sounds crazy.   Even this software is not perfect.

    How to Use it

    On the cart page look for the rewards icon in the lower left.  You must have it in your cart for the icon to show.  You can also look for it on the front page.  Look for the $, its hard to see on the front page.  We are working on it.

    It doesn't work like you think it should work.   When you click on it, it shows you your account.   It shows you how many pts you have.  Remember those are dollars.  If it shows 22 pts, you have $22 to spend on DVDs in sleeves at this link

     

  5. Click on Redeem Points  (USD10 off discount - just ignore it.  Its Non Americans not understanding how we talk about money and they refuse to change it.

  7. Click on the Redeem button.  This page serves no purpose.
  9. This page is important.  You use the slider to choose how much points to use, but if you choose $20 to use, you need to have at least $20 in Sleeved DVDs.  If you have $18 in your cart of sleeves and you select $20 you will lose 2 pts.   When you have the amount you want to use click APPLY NOW
  10. It creates a coupon code that you can apply.
  12. Now you have your discount.  You can click Apply Now and it will apply it to your order.   If you decide not to use it, don't worry.   Click on the left arrow next to Redeem Points.  Brings you back to the main menu.   Click on My Rewards

When you click on My Rewards it brings you here.

 

There is shows all the discounts you created that are available to use and ones you already used.      If you click on the i in a circle it will tell you what the promo is as shown below.

I know this might seem like a lot, but I just went over every single detail and added photos.

These apps/software have to work with the major platform and its incredibly complicated.   The company explained the limitations and it makes sense.   You just can't always do what you think is simple when it comes to websites.
