Shipping times can vary from 1-5 business days. Huge orders can take longer. Black Friday and special sales can take longer.

If its just a normal order please read this and work with me. I'm going to be honest. I thought I would be young forever. I started this when I was 25 and I'm 54. I still work 7 days. I get here at 6am and most nights I leave at 8pm. But I'm getting older. I have the inventory, the connections and the knowledge, but I need some help from my regulars.
If you go to Starbucks, sometimes you walk right up to the counter and sometimes there is a line down the street. The problem with a website is that you see the same thing all the time. The Customer doesn't see its busy. The most common email I get is "I don't understand why it takes so long to put 10 DVDs in a box." That's an oversimplication of the process, but I understand what they are saying. When you make a Dr appt. you call and schedule it. If you go to the ER you wait.
Here is the truth about our shipping times. I have no idea when its going to ship. I want to be the first website in history to just be honest with my customers. Amazon isn't honest. They promise delivery by tomorrow at 3pm if I order in the next 56 minutes. I place the order and the delivery time increases by an entire day. How can I possibly know what will happen tonight or tomorrow? Agreeing to a shipping time is just bad business and I won't do it. If it costs me orders then its one less I have to ship and someone else will ship faster, so no problem.
Ordering Friday night. The customers that order Friday night are so bad, that we have considered closing the site Friday night and re-opening Saturday. The only complaints we ever get are from customers that order Friday night. If you order Friday night its the same as you ordered Monday at 9am. If you email me on Monday at 10am and say I ordered 2 days ago, I will say you ordered 1 hour ago. If you don't want to have a longer wait, don't order Friday night. Order WEDNESDAY!!!!!! Nobody orders Wednesday. There is no line.
We welcome new customers, but they are really the most demanding. I have an email list of 60,000 customers. A new customer in 2025 places and order and demands to ship now. It happens almost every day.
I'm not promising anything. Things happen. The internet goes down. My friend needs a ride to the Doctor. Somedays volume is insane. Sometimes a rack falls over. I just don't want this pressure any longer. If you feel the need to apply that pressure, just email me and i'll give you a site that can help you. They will charge you $25 a DVD, but they will help you.

I can't make it free, because new customers will abuse it and demand all their orders ship free. I did this before. As long as you have been a customer just email me and I'll credit you the money. Its not about the money.
