The Vault

How the vault works.

1. You place an order.   There is no shipping charge on the order.  The order is picked and goes in your vault.  Call it a box if that helps you.
2. Then you place more orders.   You pay no shipping.  The orders pile up in your vault (box)
3. You decide you want your orders.  You refer to your orders in your account.   to estimate the number of items.   
4. You purchase a shipping label.  This is the part nobody understands because its different.   Its not that its complicated.  Its that you got in the car and the steering wheel is not where you thought.   
5. Think of it like a moving company.  You have stuff in your vault.  You want to move the stuff from the vault to your house?  How do you move that stuff?  You pay a service to move it.
6. You purchase a shipping label.   Click Here.
7. That's it, you are done.  You don't email customer service.  That order for the shipping label is the order that tells shipping to ship your order.

Simple version

You Order + You Order + You Order + you buy a shipping label.   That's all.
