Things we cannot and will not do. Email requests to these things will be directed here.

1. We can't cancel an order.   The person that answers the emails are told to delete any email to cancel an order.   You can't cancel orders on Amazon.   Its unrealistic to expect us to cancel an order.     If you truly have an emergency, like the order is going to your ex wife's address and you are willing to forgo payment in exchange for us working to stop the order, we can do that.   Time and effort is not free.   Your personal situation isn't our responsibility.   If the order could cause you personal harm and you will offer the payment in exchange for that work, we will try.   But I'm not cancelling orders because you had too much to drink last night.
2. We cannot change an order once its been placed.  We can't and we will not.  The amount of time it takes is the time it takes to process 10 orders.   We won't do it.
3. We will not combine orders.  If you place 3 orders in one day, you will get 3 orders.   There is no combined shipping for anyone for any reason.
4. We will not overnight or expedite your order.  You don't get to go to the front of the line because you think you are more important than everyone else.  I do not care about your bachelor party or any other reason.  The answer is no.
5. I will not send any gag gifts or practical joke orders.   
6. You cannot order a download and then say "just give me the DVD" or I didn't mean to order that.   When you order a download there is a giant YELLOW warning that appears that tells you, that you have a download in your cart.  If you order a download just enjoy it because you own it.
