Orders Typically Ship in 1 business day. This is not a guarantee. There are factors we can't control when you are dealing with a short amount of time. Power outage, failure of UPS or USPS to pick up or drop off. Holidays. Weather incidents. Sometimes there is just an issue. We make a real effort to get orders out in one business day, but please don't turn 1 day into a Supreme Court Case. Things happen. .
How days are calculated. When Orders Ship
Today is until 3pm EST. After 3 becomes the next day.
If you order that 4pm on Monday. That is the same as ordering Tuesday. The order will ship Wednesday.
If you order at 3pm on Monday, it should ship Tuesday.
We try to ship out as many orders as we can on Saturday. They pick up early on Saturday.
Friday before 3pm usually Ships Saturday, if Not Monday.
After Friday at 3pm, ships Tuesday.
This is the shipping schedule, nobody, especially a new customer gets to email and demand to go to the front of the line. This happens all the time, we won't do it.

Log into your account and it shows all your orders on the page.
How to log into your account
1. You must be logged in. This is the most common problem. The website doesn't know its you, unless you log in. Just like Amazon or EBAY. You have to log in with your email address.
On a computer there is a log in link at the top right.
On Mobile look for the icon that looks like a person
Follow the directions on the screen.
2. Once you are logged in, go to the payment screen and you will see where you can apply a credit.
If you don't see the credit, try logging out. Then logging back in.
