Using your phone to shop on the website

Your phone is not a computer.

The mobile website and the desktop websites are not the same.

1. Screen Size

Your screen is 2 inches wide.   The screen I am working on right now is 40 inches wide.

There is no way for your phone to provide the same information because of the screen size.

There are always more deals and more specials on the desktop version.

2. Processing Power, Memory

Most of us just use our phone and never maintain it.  You are not supposed to have 150 windows open on your phone but most people do.  You have 100s of things running in the background that should be closed.  That uses memory.   

The shopping cart portion of the website is completely different than a regular page on the site.   It uses a lot of memory to keep track of your items.

Many phones never planned on you adding 50 items to a shopping cart on a phone.   Many customers are simply pushing their phones way past its capabilities.   This is not our fault.  This is not our website.   You are using a phone, this is not what your phone was made for.  These companies have tricked everyone into thinking its a computer.  Its not a computer.

100% of technical problem emails are about phones.    We never get a problem with someone using a computer. 

Common problems:

your phone deletes your cart.  most likely not enough memory

you can't add things to the cart.   not enough memory.

your phone autofills the wrong address
