Why can't I send an email or communicate with a real person?

Its the year 2026 and every email is loaded with passive aggressive language, insults, foul language, misinformation, and to be honest nobody wants to read customer emails.   Every person I have hired quit on the first day.   I'm the owner and I can't do it any longer.  If you email us and lash out you get banned from the site.   Its honestly to protect you from yourself.   I have a stack of emails on my desk from banned customers.   It used to be a folder.  They won't fit in a folder.  There are 100s.  Customers apologizing for calling me the most horrible names.  Apologizing for saying things that were not true.   Accusing me of horrible things because they were having a bad day.   I can't live like this any longer.   It used to be a treasure to communicate with customers, to get to know them and learn about them.   That world no longer exists.
