Wrong Address/$10 Fee.

The amount of people that put the wrong address on the orders has grown to a level that is no longer sustainable.   Its simply saying "I don't care" and "You will just change it and deal with it so why should I care."

  1. The people that do this are stealing from regular customers.  The time it takes to deal with a wrong address slows down the entire business.   We understand that mistakes happen.   We have no choice but to impost a $10 fee for any address change.   If you refuse to pay it, the order is cancelled and the account is closed.   Its that simple.   Its the same people that do it over and over.   
  2. If your package is returned to us because you put the wrong address you must pay to have it shipped back to you plus the $10 fee.   If you refuse your account is cancelled.

The truth is that we don't want you as a customer.   When you spend $30 and you make us do 30 minutes of extra work because you simply don't care enough to check your own address then we would prefer to terminate the account.  We have good customers waiting and that isn't fair to them and we are putting an end to bad customers running our business.

We must protect our good customers from bad customers.  Our good customers deserve our time.
