That's it. That is what we do. Our timely response shows that we care. Not endlessly telling you we can and we understand. That nonsense costs you money. If other companies cared, they would limit customer service and keep prices down. Not spend hours discussing and debating.

If you want answers like "Yes and we understand how frustrating this experience has been for you and we empathize greatly in these challenging times we live in" then contact us and we will set you up with a premium customer service account for a fee, but we will not raise prices to tell you that we care.
