We can't get customers to give us the information we need to help them through emails.  Customer email with a problem, but no details.   We have made the difficult decision to only offer the forms.   We cannot reply to customer issues through direct emails.  The cost of back and forth emails is costing all customers money in terms of pricing and speed of shipping.   We appreciate your understanding.
