Free Shipping Club and Discount Program

This program is to address all the problems with buying adult DVDs online.   They include high shipping prices per order.  Not being able to buy a small order for something you really want because of the shipping cost, so you either have to not purchase or add more things to make the shipping a smaller percentage of the purchase.

How it works

When you check out you don't pay shipping.  There is no shipping cost.  Your items are held for you in a box with your name on it.   When you get to $75 in purchases we will ship your order.

You also get 50 cents off any regular priced DVD.  If DVDs are on a sale that discounts the regular price you DO NOT get the 50 cents in addition.  There is 1 discount per item.  You cannot get 2 discounts on the same item.   There are no exceptions to this.  Not knowing this policy is not a reason we have to give you both discounts.  I won't do it and if you pressure me I'll cancel your account.  I'm not going to debate policy any longer.   I can't argue with every single person about how they want to program to work.  Please stop doing it.

Your orders ship in a minimum of 7 days.  That is policy.  Its not a suggestion or guideline, that is going to happen.   If you order on the 1st.  The 10th,   The 15th and the 20th your order is probably going to ship the 27th.   

This is no longer acceptable.  "Placing small orders and then when you place the last order demanding I ship your order on that day."   Its not happening any longer.  I always try to ship orders as fast as I can.  Please don't disrupt the process.   I can't disrupt the process for anyone, because it delays everyone.   

Please just place the orders and let them ship.   That is what the members do.   If you are new, do not rock the boat.  Please don't join the program and then tell us how to run the program.  I will just kick you out of the program.

The program is to benefit the customers and the program works.   People get anxious and I understand that, but I can't run the business based off of customer emotions.

We are strict because we have to be.  We are selling 1000s of small dollar items per week.  There is no time for extra things.
