I have received my order, one or more items are missing

1. The invoice is included and it says "Credit $X.00"
2. The invoice is included and it says "back order" or "we are getting this for you"  or "we are looking for this"
3. The invoice is included and the item is crossed off.
4. The invoice is included and the item is not crossed off like the other ones.
