Shipping Times
We do not offer guaranteed ship times.
Shipping depends on many factors, including order size, order complexity, weather, workload, and operational conditions. For that reason, we do not lock ourselves into guaranteed timelines, and we are not a good fit for customers who require them.
We can provide estimates, not guarantees.
Typical Shipping Estimates
These are general guidelines, not promises:

Monday → Ships Thursday

Tuesday → Ships Wednesday–Friday

Wednesday → Ships Friday–Monday

Thursday → Ships Saturday–Monday

Friday → Ships Saturday–Tuesday

Saturday / Sunday → Ships Monday–Wednesday
If an order takes an extra day, that is within normal expectations.
“When Will My Order Ship?”
The honest answer is: it depends.
We will not debate timelines or respond to pressure emails attempting to rush fulfillment. Messages intended to pressure, threaten, or demand faster handling may result in:

This is operational, not personal.
Friday After 5 PM Orders
Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday are treated as Monday morning orders.
This policy has no exceptions.
If you place an order Friday evening and email Monday asking why it has not shipped, your order is still considered newly placed.
You are welcome to order at any time — just be aware of how business days are counted.
Conduct Expectations
We are happy to help reasonable, respectful customers.
We do not tolerate:

Threats, leverage, or pressure tactics
Orders associated with this behavior may be canceled.

If an item is marked “Sealed,” it is factory sealed.

If marked “Original,” it is a factory DVD.

Items marked “Reprinted” are reprints. Please read descriptions carefully before ordering.
Purchasing a low-priced reprint and attempting to return it as a rare collectible will not be approved.
