Post Office Says Delivered

If you received a notification that your package was delivered by the USPS:

In most cases it will come the next day, but the best thing you can do is take your tracking and go to the post office. 

There is no online or phone customer service for the post office any longer.   They have them, but they are just going to tell you its delivered and you could spend a long time on hold. 

Merchants don't have access to any special customer service. 

Contacting your post office or leaving a note for your postman is the best course of action. 

We realize this can be frustrating, but it is part of ordering online that everyone has to deal with.   We ask that you help as best you can to get the package to you as quickly as possible.

We aren't going to be abused or threatened because you are frustrated with the post office, but you can get your account cancelled.   You are more than welcome to pick up any order at the post office.  We don't own the post office.  You choose them to deliver your package.  If you have a problem with them, contact them.   You don't email them when you have a problem with a DVD.   This abusive relationship has gone on too long and we are saying, we will not tolerate it.   You might say "Good cancel my account."   But everyone cools down and then asks to come back.  We will not take you back.

Treat us with the same respect we treat you with.  We don't have an HR department that makes us take abuse.   We have too many good customers.  We don't need bad ones.
