We take in customer trades every day.
How it Works
- You Box Up Your DVDs.
- You can mail them yourself or you can ask us for a label. We can email you a label, you have to print the label and tape it on your box. If we take your trade we will subtract the shipping label from the trade total.
- We evaluate your DVDs and give you a total for store credit. If you agree to the total it will be applied to your account instantly.
- The credit can be used like cash on our website the same day.
- If you want cash, it will be at a much lower rate because we have an endless supply of customer trade ins. But we realize that sometimes you come across a collection for some reason and you don't want DVDs in trade. We will make a cash offer, but its best to send us photos of all DVDs and what you are looking for. So we don't waste our time or shipping charges.
If you are unhappy with the offer we can discuss it. If we can't come to an agreement, we will mail your DVDs back to you at our expense. You just have to pay for the label we sent to you.
We have never had one person not accept our offer. The replies are always that its more than they expected. We have a customer that has been collecting for years and he sends us 1000 DVDs each week. His collection was over 50,000 DVDs.
We had another customer send us a collection by truck from Canada. It was 10 pallets that weighed over 1000 lbs each.
We only take original DVDs in trade.
