Changes to the Website 02-18-26

We have made a lot of changes this week. The most important thing is that I have freed up myself. We have eliminated a lot of customer service. We have cancelled a lot of bad accounts. People that are not a positive contribution to the business. Many new customers do not get their first order. We cancel about 25% of first orders. Someone may ask why? New customer average 3 emails per customer before the order ships. Some new customers send as many as 25. There is never an answer that will satisfy the question. We can't do it any longer. Order cancelled, account cancelled. They are stealing from you nice people. I put an end to it just a few days ago. Every new order is out on time. This week was a holiday on Monday. 90% of orders from Friday, Sat, Sun and Mon, went out on Tuesday. I'll be honest, it wasn't very hard. That's how the business is going to be going forward

1. Orders ship on time. You can get a credit if your order is late.

2. Orders are going to be accurate.

3. No back orders. If the order gets to the shipping table and 3 of 10 are missing, you are getting a credit for 3. Its better to keep it moving. I think this is what customers want, and its what we are doing.

4. All Customer service emails are going to be directed back to the website to the link at the top of the page.
