Customer Service - New Site Policies..

The policies on our site are firm.  We have allowed customers to make their own rules for years and we cannot do it any longer.  If you have an issue that you feel is very important please CLICK HERE and contact us.   We are not going to debate our policies.  We know we will lose customers over these policies.   These policies are to protect our core customers.   Not to cater to "one time" customers.  That era of internet business is ending.   

After careful consideration, we’ve streamlined many of our customer service offerings in order to provide lower prices across the board.   We have also made a massive investment into the website to address many concerns of the changing Adult DVD business.  

When orders contain multiple low-priced items, traditional customer service costs are built into every product — whether those services are used or not. In effect, high-volume customers end up subsidizing those costs.   A return on a $1000 TV requires just as much labor as a return on a $2.99 DVD.   You would have to sell 30 DVDs to cover the labor cost of a return on a 2.99 DVD.   Every return costs the customer base $90.   Its not a $2.99 refund its a $90 penalty to the customers.

Our goal is simple: eliminate unnecessary overhead and pass the savings directly to you through consistently lower prices, free shipping options and a better website.

"So you are saying if I place and order and a 3.99 DVD doesn't work, you won't do anything about it?"   Yes, that is exactly what we are saying.  If you value a 3.99 return over your entire account, then you aren't our customer.  You don't understand what we are doing here and you don't see what we are offering.   

There are many websites out there, they will offer traditional customer service options for you.    If you need help choosing another site, you can email us and we will find you a website to meet your needs but one that will not rip you off, or take your information.  We value you as a past customer and we don't want to see you fall prey to some of the really bad Adult DVD websites.  There are some decent ones out there and we will set you you.
