This is a real business. It is not a social media project, a promotional funnel, or an influencer brand. We are not interested in growth at any cost, email capture, pop-ups, or marketing tactics designed to pressure people into buying.
We focus on running a tight operation for customers who value consistency, fairness, and respect.
Discounts
We do not offer new-customer discounts.
Regular customers are valued more than first-time buyers. This is intentional and not negotiable.
Email List
Our email list is not a marketing tool.
You cannot join it unless you place an order.
Customer Conduct
We do not tolerate pressure tactics.
Emails or messages intended to rush orders, demand special handling, argue process, or question how we operate will result in order cancellation and account closure.
Examples include (but are not limited to):

Questioning how long it “should” take to fulfill an order

Attempting to negotiate service, pricing, or policies

Referencing tactics learned from videos, forums, or “consumer hacks”
This is not personal. It is operational.
Respect
When you shop here, you are expected to be respectful.
Respect is not optional and does not depend on order size.
Customers who follow the rules and treat us properly are welcome here. Customers who do not are not.
Bans
Effective 2026, all bans are permanent.
