You have choices when it comes to buying discontinued DVDs.
1. If you buy a factory sealed discontinued DVD that means we can confirm that its truly factory sealed. This is because we bought it directly from the studio or we inspected it. That item is being some as "Factory Sealed." If you open that DVD inside, that is not returnable. We are not responsible if you buy a $100 factory sealed DVD from us and it has the wrong DVD in it, but you have options.
2. If you buy a factory sealed DVD, you can put a note on the invoice that says "Please open "state title" and verify its the correct DVD and put it in a sleeve. If its the wrong DVD we won't ship it and you saved yourself from buying the wrong DVD. Will this ever be the wrong DVD. The answer is no. Unless its a DVD known for having the wrong DVD. Its not going to happen randomly. This also prevents any damage during shipping. This is a 100% Free option, so there isn't any reason for a customer to say our policies are not fair, unless you had bad intentions.
3. If you buy a factory sealed "Verified" DVD from us. This means we opened the DVD. We verified that its been untouched and we used a Factory Wrap machine on it, to re-wrap it. This is not heat shrink wrapped. This is the folded ends like a christmas present. The DVD Case is in a Plastic Bag with a Tamper Proof Seal.
4. You can purchase to have a Factory Sealed DVD Verified. This means we will open the DVD Verify that its Untouched and Legit. We will Factory Wrap it. The outer case will got in a DVD Bag and it will get a tamper proof seal.
5. DVDs becoming loose. No DVD is shipped loose. If you want your DVDs shipped in a way that they will not become loose we have a package that compresses the case during shipping. It keeps the DVD in place. This costs $5.00 per DVD.
6. These policies give the customer options when purchasing high dollar DVDs.
7. If you have DVDs that you want verified and re-wrapped. We charge $10.00 per DVD. If you have more than 10 DVDs the price drops to $5.00. The customer pays shipping both ways. Click Here.
