Emailing without the previous messages
Imagine if you called a business and left them a message that said "Yes that will be fine" and hung up. Crazy right? We get those emails all the time, in fact you just sent one.
The way emails work is like a note that kids passed back and forth in class.
The first kid writes a question on the paper and hands it to their friend.
Then they reply on the same sheet of paper.
If you passed a note to your friend on Monday and then handed you a new piece of paper with the answer on Friday, you might not remember what you asked them.
When you email us back, you either have to reply to the same message me sent you that shows all the previous emails, or you need to give a summary like this:
This email is about the issue I had with order 84567. The order had been returned to you because I didn't put my apartment number. Its apt 456. As discussed before, please send it back out. Thank you.
You can't just send us a brand new email that says "apt 46" and expect that we know what you are talking about.
