Return Policy
Our prices are based on customers picking up their orders and if there is a problem they can drop off a DVD with a problem. Just like any retail store.
The customer is 100% responsible for the transportation of any order to and from their location. We offer The United States Postal Service and UPS to facilitate that transportation.
Things we will not do.
- We do not pay for the transporation of any products to your location.
- We do not pay for the transporation of any products back to our location. You are welcome to drop off any defective product, just like a retail store.
Our new prices do not include the credit or return shipping on any products a customer may consider defective. We have found that we see about 1 truly defective DVD out of 100,000 but we receive about 100 claims per year.
If you buy a lot of DVDs, we ask that you set aside those DVDs in question, until you have at least 4 of them. The cost to ship 4 is the same as the cost to ship 1. We suggest you use media mail. If you don't want to go to the post office, you can purchase a label from the USPS through us. We do not pay for return shipping labels. When you purchase at a store and you want to return an item, you have to drive back to the store. If you want options to get free shipping and free returns, we will set up your account to have higher prices. Free Shipping and Free returns are not free. They are baked into the prices. If you order 100 DVDs per year from us at 9.99, you spend $250 more than you should have. By eliminating these services and reducing prices you will save 100s of dollars over the course of the year. Maybe at the end of the year, you spend $4.00 to mail back 4 DVDs and get a credit. Its much better for you.
DVDs are not returnable. Any Sealed DVD can be opened, copied and then resealed. We are not a public library. There are no returns on DVDs for any reason. Being drunk is not a reason to return the products. (Its the number one reason we are given for return requests).
Certain DVDs are rare and customers are buying DVDs looking for the rare variations and if they don't get it, they want to return it.
Some DVDs are reprinted on plain DVDs because they are out of print and its the only way to get them. You can't resell these DVDs on auction sites.
Customers are buying huge lots of DVDs from us and picking through them looking for the valuable ones and trying to return the rest.
We do not want orders from resellers. We are not a wholesaler. We want our deals for our regular customers. Not for you to mark them up 50 times on your site. We sell things for $1.99 that are $100 on other sites. Its because I have 1000 of them. Because we are a direct buyer. We are not working out of our garage.
Resellers have no recourse and no return privileges. If you are a reseller, you pay full retail like everyone else.
90% of the cost of your order is labor. The website, inventory management, receiving orders, picking orders packing orders.
If you must return something, it will be shipped back by you at your expense.
If the item appears to be the same item we shipped and not damaged, we will issue you a credit for 10% of the cost of the item. The shipping to you will not be refunded.
We are just too busy with real customers, serious buyers and true collectors to continue to play games with people. Your personal problems are not our problem. Get your life in order and stay off our website. We are busy having fun and making our real customers happy. Our return customer rate is around 80% and we have customers that have ordered over 400 times.
We don't want bad customers. Stay away.
If you are a new customer and think this is harsh, this is to protect my existing customers. If you want to be a customer we welcome you.
