Most customer service issues can be answered by choosing your issue below.

Any abusive emails to customer service will result in an automatic termination of your account.  If you are a first time customer or if you have been here for 20 years.    The combative nature of emails in 2025 has forced us to provide ZERO conversation with customers.  We will not engage in a conversation.  Its simply impossible in today's climate.  Asking a customer for any information or help understanding results in an aggressive reply.   We simply won't do it.  If you become combative or unproductive, we simply terminate the dialogue.   Its insane that we have to write this on our website.  Every single day its the same thing, we won't do it any longer.  

  1. When will my order ship
  2. I need my tracking number
  3. I checked the shipping schedule, I logged into my account and my order doesn't have tracking yet - email us
  4. My issue says I have a credit, how do I use it
  5. The post office says my package was delivered but its not here.
  6. I had an item in my cart and now its gone.

There are common mistakes that customers make when emailing.  We don't have discussions with customers any longer.  Its just not possible in 2025.  People have changed and we have had to adapt.   We just sent pre-written messages.   

  1. You didn't include any of the previous information about your situation and you didn't reply to the message that we sent you.
  2. You were really rude.   We are just too busy for that.
  3. You have been banned
