If you can't find your issue, please read this before emailing.
We have rules about emailing customer service.
- You must ask a question. You can't make some statements and expect us to guess. Its not fair to us and when we try to guess people get upset. Its an impossible position people put us in, the position of being a mind reader. We aren't doing it any longer. We are just too busy.
- You don't have to be polite, but if you are rude, abusive, use foul language etc. We will just delete the email. Its like it never happened. We won't help you or reply.
- You have to give us enough information to help you. We get emails every day what say "where's my order?" We don't know who you are.
You must give us the order number. If you don't have it, log into your account or check your email. We can't open an investigation into who you are or what you are talking about.
If you think this is harsh or unprofessional, think about how bad it must be that after 30 years of talking to customers like friends, we have to create this system. In 2025 we can't even ask a customer for more information. It results in them calling us names. We aren't doing this because we want to, its because we have to.
